You can pay quickly and safely in our online shop with the following options. We do not charge any additional fees for using them. After your payment is confirmed you will receive your invoice by e-mail.

What are our payment options?

We would like to explain all the different payment options you can use at our store:

Bank transfer

You can make your payment with a bank transfer from your personal account. You are asked to transfer the amount to our account together with the given reference.

Paying by bank transfer isn’t the fastest way of paying. Keep in mind that it takes 1 to 3 business days before we can process your purchase.

Belfius Direct Net/KBC Payment Button

Belfius Direct Net (for customers of Belfius) and the KBC Payment Button (for customers of KBC) are payment methods in which you are automatically referred to the trusted website of Belfius or KBC. Your actual payment by bank transfer will take place in the website of your trusted bank. The data for the transfer will be filled in automatically.

Customers that pay by using the KBC Payment Button have the possibility to pay amounts from € 50 to € 1.250 up to 2 months later. Further information on this can be found on the website of KBC.

Bancontact

With Bancontact/Mister Cash you can make your online purchase quickly and easily. The amount of the purchase will be automatically withdrawn from your account. The system will ask to fill in your card number and the expiration date of the debit card (this is your normal bank card). Then you will automatically go to the trusted website of your own bank to check all the purchase details and to confirm the payment. You might have to use your cardreader or password, depending on the bank you use.

Maestro/Mastercard/Visa/V Pay/American Express/Carte Bancaire/Carte Bleue

You can pay in our store with different credit cards. Next to Mastercard and Visa we also accept Maestro, V-Pay, American Express and Carte Bancaire (Carte Bleue).

If you choose for this payment method, the first thing you need to do is to select the type of credit card you are using. The system will then ask for a few details depending on the type of card you use, namely: card number, name of the cardholder, expiration date and the CVC (3 or 4-digit code on the front- or backside of your credit card). You can confirm your payment afterwards. Depending on the bank you use, is it possible that the bank asks you for another confirmation. You will be automatically rerouted to the trusted website of your bank to check the purchase amount and to confirm the payment. You might have to use your cardreader or password, depending on the bank you use.

iDeal

iDEAL is for mainly our Dutch customers. If you choose for this payment method, you will be able to pay in the trusted website of your bank. iDEAL cooperates with 10 big banks in the Netherlands: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and van Lanschot.

After you have chosen for iDEAL you have to select your own bank. The actual payment by bank transfer and the payment’s confirmation will take place in the website of your trusted bank.

Sofort Banking

Sofort Banking is mainly for your German customers. If you choose for this payment method, you will be able to pay by bank transfer using your personal details for internet banking. After you have chosen for SOFORT you have to select the country and the bank you want to use for the bank transfer. Then you will have to log in with your personal details of your internet banking account and choose the bank account you want to use. At last the system will ask for a confirmation code for signing and processing the transfer. You will receive this code from your cardreader or your bank.

Gift voucher/Shipping voucher/Discount voucher

You can also use our gift vouchers, shipping vouchers and discount vouchers. The amount of these vouchers will be deducted from the amount to pay.

In your shopping cart, under your products, you will find the zone VOUCHERS/DISCOUNT CODES. If you are logged in you can find all your vouchers in here. If you don’t have a customer account, you can find your vouchers in your e-mails.

Now click on the code of a voucher or enter the code in the field. Then click on ‘‘Oké’’. The amount of your purchase will now be decreased with the amount of your voucher. Repeat this if you want to use multiple vouchers for the same purchase.

You can also just use a part of a voucher if the total of your purchase is less than the amount of your voucher. In such a case, your purchase will be paid in full with the gift voucher. For the remaining amount, you will receive a new voucher in your customer account or through e-mail if you don’t have a customer account.

You can always remove the voucher in the overview of your shopping cart until the payment of your purchase. Your voucher will then remain valid for when you want to use it another time.
